DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. (Ex: Including in apartment numbers) If your order is returned to us due to an address error, we can do one of two things:

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. (Ex: Including in apartment numbers) If your order is returned to us due to an address error, we can do one of two things:
- Update your address and reattempt to deliver your package. However, if this package is once again sent back to us, we will no longer be able to move forward with your order, including a refund.
- Cancel your order and give you a refund for the items you purchased excluding shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or edits to the order. Addresses will also need to be written in alphanumeric characters. We do not cover taxes and duties associated with international shipments. Our international carrier will contact you directly for any fees associated with international shipments. Please make sure to provide your email address and telephone number. For international orders, if your order is returned to us due to an address error, we will cancel your order and process a refund for the items you purchased excluding shipping fees.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse. If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, but your local post office can give you more information.
